About ACT
Operating since 2009, the Action, Commitment, Transformation (ACT) Program at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. provides individualized case management services to newcomers facing multiple barriers and crisis situations. Our Case Managers will provide support services to youths, adults, families, seniors, and other vulnerable populations in their own language to help them achieve their settlement goals. ACT is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). All services are completely free of charge for eligible clients.
Please refer to the Services page to learn more about what ACT can offer newcomer clients. To find out if you are eligible for ACT services, visit the Eligibility page. You can also contact us directly by visiting the Contact page.
